Ordered 9 days ago for my order and still haven’t received it👎

Update. The parcel was delivered on the 10th day.
Delivered - Left in a safe place

We called our shipping partner and they said this parcel was transferred many times. It missed a couple of flights and had to be delivered by road transport to a remote town. But still it was heavily delayed. Sorry. This is a rare case.
